Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Maintain HR records, attendance, and performance tracking. Support payroll and compliance-related documentation. Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR communication. Assist in policy implementation and process improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 1–3 years of HR or operations experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.
